- AQUAFINE AQ100-Na resin be initially regenerated upon the startup of any water softener system.
- It is also recommended that the resin be sanitized during the initial regeneration with a small amount of 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution diluted in the saturated brine mixture or Sani-System Liquid Sanitizer.
